American history comes alive with the second Making History™ release, Making History™: Revolution to Republic covering the curriculum for a typical U.S. History survey course to 1877. This wide-ranging title will focus on events in North America between 1750 and 1877, letting you witness the genesis of our nation (starting with the French and Indian and Revolutionary Wars), take part in the Second Continental Congress, navigate the events leading to the Civil War, and create strategies for westward expansion.

Like our first title, The Calm and the Storm, Revolution to Republic is a full-featured strategic simulation designed for multiplayer use in a learning environment. Students take on the roles of historic leaders and military figures, and cooperate or compete in order to achieve specific goals in a number of historically accurate scenarios. The game will be available in fall 2005.
